Moving Beyond Grief - Melissa Yeo

The Unusual School is dedicated to developing emotional intelligence by applying psychology, philosophy and culture to everyday life. The workshop will be facilitated by a Visually Impaired Facilitator.

Trainer's Profile
Melissa lost her sight mid-life. She lived in constant denial and were drowning with suicidal thoughts until a packet of potato chips provided her with a realisation. She is now part of a loving and blissful family with 3 pretty girls, a regional quality manager of an MNC and graduated with a Master of Social Science (Counselling).

Come listen to her story and learn how to navigate yours and others' emotions through the 5 stages of grief.

"You don't move on from grief. Instead, you learn how to live with it."
